I struggle with the temptation to over-do it...and fail quite frequently. Not sleeping enough, not leaving enough time to just relax and rest, trying to fit everyone in who wants to do dinner or drinks or SOMETHING...
I came across this wonderful article in the Harvard Business Review about the necessity of a "Focus" list and an "Ignore" list.
I've got the importance of the to-do list down pat but never considered making a list of things I shouldn't be doing.
Of course I got right to work with my notepad and sharpie and I'd like to share with you what I came up with.
